  10. To patch the Borland C++ Libraries:

  12.     - Place all files extracted from bc30p2.zip with the exception of this
  13.       one in the same directory as your BC.EXE, BCC.EXE, and TCW.EXE
  14.       (default: \BORLANDC\BIN).
